Within the Continental United States: We ship using either United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed-Ex Ground. Shipping charges are 15% or $9.90, whichever is greater. Items that ship Oversize are designated by OS- and are not eligible for free shipping promotions. These charges are automatically calculated for you. Items that are large or heavy enough to ship motor freight may exceed standard 15% shipping cost and are designated by FT-. Outside the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii: Due to the large size variations that exist with our products, our web site is not able to accurately calculate shipping charges to overseas locations. We will E-mail you with shipping charges for your approval, prior to shipment. Note: all duties and tariffs will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

Returns & Replacements
To return merchandise, please contact us for instructions. If you have an invoice number or packing list available, we will be able to serve you even faster. On most returns, you will have a choice of receiving new equipment, receiving a credit to your account, or receiving a refund. For damaged or defective equipment, we will issue a call tag, if possible, to have the equipment returned to us. Please note: for certain items, usually large items, there may be a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus shipping costs to return the product.
