Within the Continental United States: We ship primarily UPS, Fed-Ex Ground or USPS and those charges are easily viewed on both our cart page and Checkout pages. Expedited delivery is available. Please call us at 1-800-225-7749 for expedited delivery. On occasion, we offer free shipping. Look for a promo code in our catalog or online. Products with item numbers beginng with “OS” or “FT” are excluded from free shipping. FYI, the OS stands for Over-Size. The FT stands for Freight and these items must ship in a semi trailer. Our website can only estimate shipping on FT items. If the estimate is too low, we will contact you with a quote for your approval prior to shipping.

Outside the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii: Due to the large variations that exist with our products, our web site is not able to accurately calculate shipping charges to overseas locations. We will E-mail you with shipping charges for your approval, prior to shipment. Note: For international orders the duties and tariffs will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
We understand that your privacy is important. Therefore, we only collect information necessary to process an order, or provide a catalog that has been requested.
We never sell, or in any way share your personal information with any third party, except as necessary to process your order. For example, UPS or FedEx.
We will use your E-mail address to communicate to you concerning your order. 

The security features of this site are automatically activated when you check-out using modern encryption. Instead, we replace all credit card numbers with tokens. To return merchandise, please contact us for instructions. If you have an invoice number or packing list available, we will be able to serve you even faster.
On most returns, you will have a choice of receiving new equipment, receiving a credit to your account, or receiving a refund.
For damaged or defective equipment, we will issue a call tag, if possible, to have the equipment returned to us.
Please note: for certain items, usually large items, there may be a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus shipping costs to return the product.

We have a one year guarantee on all products we sell. If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, contact us and we will replace it or refund your money.
