Optimize performance with one versatile system! The Goalrilla is a multi-sports trainer was engineered to deliver training drills and the performance edge for soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball, football, basketball, volleyball, golf, and more!

One side features an ultra-responsive 7-position multi-sport rebounder. Easily roll into position on the field or court and quickly adjust the angle for high or low ball return.

The other side features a practice goal and ball dampening system. The rugged dampening net absorbs and stops drives, kicks, passes, line drives, pitches, and shots on goal.

Includes frame, spring-loaded telescoping angle adjustment, bungee straps for rebound net, instruction booklet, and rebound net. Constructed of steel powder-coated tubing. Has two 6" and two 5" wheels for easy rolling and portability. 64"L x 36"W x 64".
