Use to create targets! The grippy material on the inner surface grabs on to posts and all standard size No-Kink Hoops. Snap the larger 1" clips onto posts and smaller 3/4" clips onto hoops. The ball-joint design allows them to rotate and hold the hoop at any angle! Multi-Domes, hoops, and wand posts are sold separately.
