Steel sleeve, buried in concrete, allows for easy removal of posts when not in use. When installed according to the instructions, the top of the sleeve is approximately 6" below the top of the sand so sand can be use for other activities. Durable, molded plastic cap keeps sand out. Each system requires two sleeves. Made in the USA.
