For individuals, pairs and groups using single & long ropes. 170 pages. • DVD -- has motivational demonstration and 106 instructional clips. 45 minutes. Instructional clips are referenced in the manual. • CD -- 50 minutes of instrumental music specifically designed for rope skipping. Tracks 1-10 gradually increase from 105 bpm to 157 bpm. Tracks 11 & 12 are medleys. Tracks are referenced in the manual. • Booklet -- Activities and Challenges for Kids student booklet. 30 pages. • Wall Charts -- 4 instructional wall charts display over 20 skills, activities, and challenges regarding single rope basics, partner activities, long rope skills, and double dutch.
